TSCCNI Croft Hillclimb 2013
15 April — 2013

The Thoroughbred Sports Car Club (Northern Ireland) held its annual Croft Hillclimb in the leafy surroundings of Holywood on Saturday morning (13/04). There were over 50 entries, slightly less than normal, some people attributing this to the ‘winter rebuild’ factor, but a great turnout nonetheless. The 50 or so entries ranged from road going race prepped Corsa’s, to a vintage Riley & Lagonda, all the way up to fully prepped single seater racers.

All in all though, it was great day out, from memory, there were two practice runs, with 3 full timed runs. Then the rain began…it wouldn’t be Northern Ireland without someone rain involved! Sadly, not long after the heavens opened the runs were called off to allow everyone to seek shelter and get their pride and joys tucked up for their next outing.
